Ingredients/Components
- Rice Krispies
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- dry roasted peanuts
- almond bark white or chocolate - 2 lb
- peanut butter plain or chunky - 1 c
How to make almond bark cookies:
Melt bark and peanut butter together over low heat, stirring to prevent burning. Mix other ingredients in large bowl. Pour melted bark over mixture. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper. Makes about 90 cookies. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
