Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- butter or margarine - 1/4 lb
- 2 crushed pineapple do not drain
- slices white bread, cubed - 5 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.Excellent as an accompaniment to baked ham.
