7-up salad

Ingredients/Components

• lemon gelatin - 2 pkg
• 7-Up - 2 c
• can large pineapple, crushed - 1 item
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• whipped topping - 1 c
• large bananas - 2 item
• sugar - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• can coconut - 1 item

How to make 7-up salad:

Base: Mix gelatin, pineapple (drain and save juice), 7-Up, 2 cups boiling water and sliced bananas. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and let chill.

Topping: Cook 1 cup pineapple juice, sugar, flour, slightly beaten egg and butter until thick. Let cool. Fold in whipped topping and coconut. Spread over base and sprinkle with pecan pieces.
