Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • small marshmallows - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • hot water - 2 c
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • lemon Jell-O
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • 7-Up - 2 c
  • or 4 bananas, sliced - 3 item

How to make 7-up jello:

Topping:1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 c. pineapple juice2 Tbsp. butter1 egg Mix Jell-O with water; let cool. Add 7-Up and chill. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Let stand until firm.

Cook all ingredients for "topping" until thick. Cool. Fold in cream that has been whipped and spread on top of Jell-O. Garnish with coconut.
