Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- slices bacon - 8 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- green peppers, diced - 1/2 c
- eggs, hard-boiled and sliced - 4 item
- sweet onion, diced - 1 item
How to make 7 layered salad:
Tear the cleaned, crispy lettuce into bite-size pieces; place in glass bowl. Layer rest of the ingredients in order given. Add sugar to the mayonnaise and spread over the top as you would frosting. Top with grated cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. At serving time, garnish with parsley and croutons.
