Frosting:1/2 c. oleo1 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts (for topping)8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix by hand. Pour into a 9... Bring juice to a boil and add vanilla pudding and tapioca pudding. Boil about 1 minute. Cool. Add fruit.... Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving. May be served with Cool Whip on top.... Mix instant pudding (powder only) with fruit cocktail, sour cream and 1/2 can coconut. Let mixture sit overnight. Mix well.
