Combine brown sugar, juices and water in a percolator. Insert basket with cloves, cinnamon and salt. Plug in and perk.... This is best if it is prechilled. A few ice cubes may be added to maintain coolness. Add ginger ale just before serving.... Add sugar to cranberry juice cocktail; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pineapple juice and orange juice. Put in freezer to make mixture slushy, stirring occasionally while freezing. When ready... Let ice cream and sherbet soften a little before stirring liquids in. Mix well before serving.... Add enough water to make a gallon. Mix all juices. Chill until needed. Add ginger ale. Serve over ice.... Mix Kool-Aid, sugar, water and pineapple juice. Chill and just before serving, add ginger ale.... Combine the first 4 ingredients. Blend well. Place ice cream in punch bowl and pour in coffee mixture. Top with whipped cream and nutmeg, if desired.... Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
