Add last three ingredients and serve over ice.... Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds. Pour mixture into a 9-inch square pan and freeze. Before serving, let stand 5 minutes at room temperature.... Combine the coconut cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla in blender. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds (or until smooth). Add the cinnamon and blend for... Boil water with sugar 5 minutes, then cool. Mash bananas with lemon juice, orange juice and pineapple juice. Mix and freeze. Makes 3 quarts and 1 pint. Ready to serve... Mix and freeze, then when ready to serve thaw and add 2 quarts Canadian ginger ale and 1 quart club soda.
