- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
- ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
- orange juice - 2/3 c
- orange peel - 2 tsp
- shredded, unpeeled zucchini - 2 c
- all-purpose or unbleached flour
- Grease and flour bottom only of two 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pans
How to make zucchini orange bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour bottom only of two 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. In large bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually. Stir in oil, orange juice and zucchini. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cupRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
