Zucchini chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- bag chocolate chips - 1 (12
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream the first 4 ingredients together with electric mixer. Add the egg, vanilla and sour milk; mix until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture; mix in zucchini last. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.Note: You can add walnuts, if desired.
