Zucchini brownies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• cocoa - 1/3 c
• baking soda
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• chopped nuts optional - 1/3 c
• grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini brownies:

Beat together all ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
