Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- grated zucchini with peeling - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix the sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add the zucchini and walnuts. Sift the flour. Mix well. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
