Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- raisins optional - 1 item
- zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until frothy. Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla until lemon colored. Stir in zucchini and flour sifted with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Pour into 2 oiled and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350°Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
