Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• vegetable oil - 1/4 c
• pepper - 1/8 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• oregano - 1/2 tsp
• chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
• chopped zucchini - 3 c
• Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
• Bisquick mix - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Combine all ingredients. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
