Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• can crushed pineapple
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• raisins - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix together eggs, oil, vanilla, sugar and pineapple. Add dry ingredients, zucchini, nuts and raisins. Mix well. Pour into greased bread pans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
