Zucchini bars

Ingredients/Components

• butter - 3/4 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• baking powder
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• shredded coconut - 3/4 c
• dates, cut up - 3/4 c
• raisins - 3/4 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bars:

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla; sift flour, baking powder and salt into creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly. Frost with cream frosting, if desired.
