Zucchini bars

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• raisins - 3/4 c

How to make zucchini bars:

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and raisins. Add to eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Bake on greased and floured cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350°.
