salt - 1/2 tsp
water - 2 Tbsp
soda - 1 tsp
shredded coconut - 1 c
powdered sugar
sifted flour
margarine - 3/4 c
light brown sugar
pecan pieces - 1 c
Add sugar until light

How to make yummy cookies:

Cream the margarine. Add sugar until light. Add eggs and beat. Add flour, salt and baking soda and stir in rest of ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes at 375°.Glaze:1/2 c. margarine1/2 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 1/2 Tbsp. milk Heat margarine and milk. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and keep hot. Ice cookies while hot.
