- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz

- container Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed - 1 (8
- Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling - 1 serving
How to make yum yum cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package; add 1 1/3 cups of coconut after beating. Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan at 350° about 20 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Place on serving tray.Beat cream cheese to soften; blend in milk. Add pudding mix; beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread evenly over cake. Spoon pineapple over pudding. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill. Garnish, if desired.
