- milk - 3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- container Cool Whip - 1/2 (8
- softened margarine - 1/2 c
- Gently press into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan
How to make yum-yum cake:
Mix together the first 3 ingredients until it is crumbly. Gently press into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Mix the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Chill. Spread this mixture on top of cooled crust.Filling:1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding3 c. milk Mix the pudding with the milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Chill. Spread on remaining Cool Whip. Cut in squares and serve.
Any flavor instant pudding can be used.
