- sugar - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- grated orange peel - 1 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- orange juice - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- medium apple, chopped - 1 item
How to make cranberry chutney:
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat cranberries, sugar and water to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sauces, Chutneys.
