White sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• milk - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• shortening - 1 c
• flour approximate - 5 c

How to make white sugar cookies:

Mix the first 4 ingredients well. Add and mix well the next 5 ingredients. Chill dough before rolling. Roll 1/4-inch thick. Cut in desired shapes. Raisins may be put in center; sprinkle with sugar or decorate.
