Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can French green beans - 1 item
- chopped green bell peppers - 1/4 c
- can small green peas - 1 item
- pimientos - 1/4 oz
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain corn, peas and beans. Then mix peppers, celery and pimientos with first mixture. Bring to boil the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables; mix well. Chill and serve. Keeps for weeks.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
