Ingredients/Components
- plain low-fat yogurt - 1/2 c
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- pecan pieces - 2 Tbsp
- seedless red grapes - 1 c
- sliced pears - 2 item
- spinach leaves, washed - 3 c
- apricot or raspberry spreadable fruit - 1/4 c
How to make pear and grape salad:
Arrange spinach on platter. Place pears pinwheel fashion on top. Dot with grapes, celery and pecans. Combine yogurt and preserves and serve with salad. Serves 4 with 140 calories and 3 grams fat per serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Berries, Grapes.
