Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can green peas - 1 item
- can whole kernel white corn - 1 item
- small can pimento - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain off water from vegetables. Cook vinegar, sugar and oil. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
