Vegetable marinade with tangy dressing
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- 25 oz - 1 can
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cup chopped onion - 1 item
- cup chopped celery - 1 item
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- cup oil - 1/4 item
- cup vinegar - 2/3 item
- green beans, drained - 1 can
- peas, drained - 1 can
- jar pimento pieces, sliced or diced, drained - 1 item
How to make vegetable marinade with tangy dressing:
Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar, and oil until dissolved; set aside to cool. Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over vegetables. Mix and refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
