Turkey tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- spaghetti noodles - 1 lb
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 3/4
- jar chopped pimentos - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar - 2 c
- cans mushrooms - 2 oz
- turkey, cooked - 2 3
- or 1 dry or fresh onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Cook and drain spaghetti. Dice turkey and onion (if fresh). Mix turkey, cheese, soup, mushrooms, pimentos, milk, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce together. Heat thoroughly. Can be served two ways:A: Mix Parmesan cheese and spaghetti noodles up with rest of the ingredients.
B: Serve noodles and put mixture on top and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
