Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 1/2
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- large onion, minced - 1 item
- ribs celery, minced - 2 item
- cold water or milk - 2 c
- raw ground turkey - 2 lb
- dry chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cans mushrooms with juice - 2 oz
How to make turkey meatballs:
Cook in electric skillet until smooth gravy. Simmer meatballs in gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Turkey.
