Tuna pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- plain nonfat yogurt - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- pinch of oregano - 1 item
- green onion - 2 Tbsp
- green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- chopped red pepper - 2 Tbsp
- fat-free mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- cooked small shell macaroni - 1 c
- lite salt and pepper - 1 item
- tuna water packed, drained - 5 oz
How to make tuna pasta salad:
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, lite salt and pepper. Stir to blend. Add remaining ingredients and toss together.May be served immediately or stored in refrigerator until ready to serve.
