Tuna casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- can chow mein noodles - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can tuna - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped - 3 c
- cashew nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make tuna casserole:
Melt butter; add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add tuna fish, soups, milk, soy sauce, half of noodles and nuts. Put in greased or sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with remaining noodles and nuts. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Tuna.
