Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- chicken breasts - 6 item
- dried rosemary - 1 tsp
- dry wine - 1/2 c
How to make italian chicken:
Saute onions in olive oil. Add chicken and fry until done. Drain off oil. Prepare wine, garlic, tomato sauce and rosemary and pour over chicken. Cook 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
