- chicken broth - 5 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 lb
- chopped cilantro - 1 item
- canned green chiles - 1 item
- sliced Mozzarella - 1 item
- chopped avocado - 1 item
- garlic gloves - 4 item
- cold corn tortillas - 8 item
How to make tortilla soup:
Cut tortillas into strips and fry in oil until crispy. Set aside. Blend tomatoes, garlic and onion in blender until smooth puree.
