  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • flour
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • tomato soup, applesauce or rhubarb - 1 c
  • cloves sparingly - 1/2 tsp

How to make tomato soup cake:

Cream sugar with butter. Add tomato soup, applesauce or rhubarb. Add remaining ingredients.

I double the whole recipe and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes.
