Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1 c
- tomato soup, applesauce or rhubarb - 1 c
- cloves sparingly - 1/2 tsp
How to make tomato soup cake:
Cream sugar with butter. Add tomato soup, applesauce or rhubarb. Add remaining ingredients.I double the whole recipe and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes.
