  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bell pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • can whole corn - 1 item
  • Tostitos - 1 pkg

How to make taco casserole:

Preheat oven to 325°. Brown ground beef and drain. Add chopped onion and pepper until tender. Add tomatoes and seasoning and let cook about 10 minutes. Layer Tostitos, corn and then beef mixture. Put grated cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes.
