Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter, melted
- butter at room temperature - 1/2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- can of sweet potatoes, drained - 40 oz
How to make sweet potatoes:
Topping:1/3 c. butter, melted1 c. brown sugar1 c. pecans, chopped1/3 c. flour In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add sweet potatoes and coat evenly. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together and spoon over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Potato, Vegetables.
