  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • dash of hot pepper sauce - 1 item
  • salt optional - 1 tsp
  • lite mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed - 3 lb

How to make sweet potato salad:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Yield: 10 servings.
