Sweet potato pudding

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• butter or margarine - 1/2 c
• raisins - 1 c
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• allspice - 1 tsp
• light Karo syrup - 1 c
• sweet milk - 1 c
• grated raw sweet potatoes - 4 c

How to make sweet potato pudding:

Mix all ingredients except eggs. Beat eggs and add last. Grease 9 x 13 pan with margarine. Bake in 325° oven approximately 40 minutes.
