Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• molasses - 2 Tbsp
• ginger - 1/4 tsp
• cream - 1 Tbsp
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• canned milk
• cooked sweet potatoes, mashed

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix potatoes, molasses, butter, cream, salt, both sugars and canned milk. Beat eggs until frothy and fold in. Add spices and mix well. Pour into crust. Bake 10 minutes at 400°, then reduce to 350° and bake until set.
