Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 2 c
- Flour - 3 tbsp
- stick Butter - 1 item
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- small can Pet Milk - 1 item
- mashed Sweet Potatoes - 1 c
- Eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- deep dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make sweet potato pie:
Mix flour and sugar. Beat eggs and add to milk. Add to remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. For pumpkin pie add 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and substitute pumpkin for poRecipe categories: Desserts, Potato, Vegetables.
