Sweet potato crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 2/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- flaked coconut
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Combine first 5 ingredients with 1/3 cup margarine in bowl, mixing well. Spoon into baking dish. Combine remaining 1/3 cup margarine, coconut, pecans, brown sugar and flour in bowl, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
