  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar
  • nuts - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item
  • stick melted oleo - 1/2 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes one 29 oz - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 stick melted oleo1 c. nuts1/2 c. flour Blend mashed potatoes, eggs, vanilla, sugar and oleo well and pour in a greased dish.

Topping: Mix brown sugar, oleo, nuts and flour. Put over top of potatoes and bake at 300° for 1 hour. (Check after about 45 minutes.)
