Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • slices bread, toasted and crumbled - 2 item
  • Brown and drain on paper towel

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix together and shape meatballs about walnut size. Brown and drain on paper towel.Sauce:1 can tomatoes1 can golden mushroom soup2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. soy sauce Stir meatballs in sauce and heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
