Swedish apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• egg, well beaten - 1 item
• sugar - 3/4 c
• flour - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• dash of salt - 1 item
• sliced apples - 1 c
• broken pecans - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make swedish apple pie:

Mix all ingredients very well. Pour into well greased pie pan. Cook 30 minutes at 350°. Serve plain or with ice cream.
