Ingredients/Components

• slices American cheese - 4 item
• large green pepper - 1 item
• strips bacon - 8 item
• large onion - 1 item
• slices tomato - 4 item
• butterfly pork chops - 4 item

How to make surprise packages:

You will need toothpicks.

Cut onion into 4 slices and set aside. Cut green pepper into 4 slices and set aside.

Place 2 strips of bacon in the shape of an x and place pork chop in the middle. Layer onion, green pepper and tomato slice on top of pork chop. Wrap the exposed edges of bacon on top of the pork chops and secure with toothpicks.

Place on the grill, using indirect heat. Cook for 45 minutes. Cheese may be added 5 minutes before finished.
