• confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
• heavy cream - 1 c
• can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
• can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
• ready pie crust - 1 (6

How to make sunrise cherry pie:

Reserve 2 tablespoons of drained pineapple syrup. Blend cream cheese, vanilla and syrup. Stir in 1/4 cup pineapple and 1/2 cup pie filling. Gradually add sugar to cream, beating until soft peaks form. Fold in cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust; top with remaining fruit. Chill.
