Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- dry no oil sun-dried tomatoes - 2 c
How to make sun-dried tomato pesto dip:
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or longer. Serve with fresh vegetables.Tomatoes can also be dried in food dehydrator to save money.
