Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans
How to make swedish nuts:
Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar. Beat well; add nuts and vanilla. Melt butter in pan and add nut mixture. Spread in one layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Nuts.
