Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- Worcestershire - 1/2 tsp
- kernel corn - 12 oz
- or 1 c - 4 oz
- to 8 green peppers - 6 item
How to make stuffed peppers:
Sprinkle inside pepper with salt. Brown meat and onion. Add corn, tomato, Worcestershire and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Stuff peppers and stand in bowl. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
