Stuffed flank steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- hot water - 3 Tbsp
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs - 3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- fat or oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make stuffed flank steak:
Set oven to 350°. Melt butter in a skillet. Add onion and cook until golden brown. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Spread on steak and roll up like a jelly roll. Tie securely with a string. Heat fat in a skillet and brown meat on all sides. Sprinkle with favorite seasonings. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
