Strawberry salad

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• strawberry jello
• medium can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• bite size marshmallows
• Add pineapple and juice

How to make strawberry salad:

Mix gelatin with water according to package directions omitting 1 cup water and substituting 1 cup strawberries and juice. Add pineapple and juice. Stir and put into glass bowl or 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate until set.Topping:1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 c. bite size marshmallows Whip the cream separately and beat cream cheese separately. Fold cream into cheese. Add marshmallows. Spread on gelatin after it has set. Sprinkle with nuts. Serves 18 from 9 x 13-inch pan.
